These guys saved the day for us- our skylight was leaking more rain was coming. I was afraid our entire master bathroom would be washed out and was incredibly stressed. Wow! This company saved the day! I called Eric after I saw that I had a 2 story downspout that had completely disconnected and fell from my house. I was desperate to find someone to come fix it right away to beat the storms coming in. My basement has flooded recently and I did not want a repeat of that. He sent his crew out within hours. I can’t say enough good things about Eric and his crew. They replaced my roof after a big storm came through our area, and from start to finish, the whole experience was excellent. When I first called, the woman in the office was super friendly and really knew her stuff. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy to understand. Eric’s crew showed up on time, worked hard, and were very respectful of my property. They did a great job keeping things clean, I was honestly worried about nails or debris left behind because my neighbor had that issue with another company, but Eric’s team made sure my yard was spotless. Eric also went above and beyond dealing with our insurance company, which was a huge relief. He handled most of it for us, and it really took a lot of stress off our shoulders. Want to talk about customer service? Eric and the Certified team installed my roof in 2024. My wife and I were very pleased with our whole experience! Very prompt very professional value driven installation! Fast forward to last week. With the extreme heat in GA lately our house was retaining heat in the upstairs. I had my AC guy come out, thinking I had an air conditioner issue. Upon further inspection, he and I discovered that my roof was not vented properly. First photo! I sent that photo as well as some others to Eric and after more than a year of no contact Eric responded immediately and told me he would have the installer there asked me to help get some measurements which I was very happy to do. The last three photos were from yesterday of his guys taking care of the problem. As you can see clearly, my house is vented now. To top it off my wife and I are at the beach so when we get home, we'll have a nice cool house waiting on us! That's customer service!

This was an amazing experience at a difficult time. We had five trees fall at our house during summer storms, two of which went through our roof. Eric and his team came out immediately to put tarps over the roof, cut up and removed the fallen trees, and meticulously documented the damage for the insurance adjuster. Once the adjuster finally came around, Eric worked with him to make sure we received every penny we were due from the damage. Then his team came and installed a great-looking high-quality roof in only two days, even after finding surprises once the existing shingles were removed. (In 1931, rafters weren't spaced 16 inches apart. Who knew?) My wife and I can't recommend Eric highly enough. Nobody wants roof damage but, if it happens, this is the guy to call.
